LUZERNE – The Concealed Carry Seminar, set for Thursday, Oct. 12, from 6-8 p.m. at the Luzerne Volunteer Fire Department, 66 Tener St., Luzerne, has reached capacity. Karen Boback (R-Lackawanna/Luzerne/Wyoming), the hearing will feature representatives from higher education and the local economic development community.
