WHAT: Rep. Karen Boback (R-Lackawanna/Luzerne/Wyoming), together with Misericordia University, will host a free Healthy Habits and Wellness Event for residents of the 117th Legislative District. The event is designed to offer information on how to make healthy lifestyle choices. Breakout sessions on a variety of topics will be offered, including social media, scams and fraud, Lyme disease and more. Several community groups will hold demonstrations and offer information regarding nutrition, safety, exercise, and available programs in the area. A drug drop box will be on site.
