Karen Boback (R-Lackawanna/Luzerne/Wyoming), along with state and local officials, will present “Lock ‘Em Up Day in Luzerne County PA” to share information with area residents about medication diversion and remind Pennsylvanians to lock up their prescription drugs. A drug drop box will be available at the courthouse for the safe disposal of unwanted drugs.

Additionally, Boback was named chair of the Appropriations subcommittee on Education; chair of the Tourism and Recreational Development subcommittee on Arts and Entertainment; and deputy chair of the House Majority Policy Committee for this session.
