Flag is official emblem

Gov. Tom Corbett has signed into law legislation authored by Rep. Karen Boback (R-Columbia/Luzerne/Wyoming) to establish the Honor and Remember Flag as an official Pennsylvania emblem for fallen armed forces personnel and to require the flag to be permanently flown in Soldiers’ Grove near the state Capitol.
