TUNKHANNOCK – In response to several local news stories regarding theft of funds at volunteer organizations, Rep. Karen Boback (R-Lackawanna/Luzerne/Wyoming) will be offering a nonprofit, anti-fraud and theft prevention seminar on Tuesday, July 25, from 6-8 p.m. at the Wyoming County Emergency Management Building.
